Bryan has 21-plus years experience in graphic design and advertising. He has worked with
several major corporations in their advertising design department, generating ads for high-end magazines and newspapers and generating brand recognition by designing logos and promotional materials. Prior to taking ownership of Pate Media Group, Bryan served in a managerial role for Publix Super Markets in their printing department.
Bryan currently serves as the Art Director for Mustang Times Magazine and Barbeque Mag Online.
Donald has been a Mustang owner since 1970 and involved in the Mustang hobby as a journalist and editor since 1977. In 1980, he joined Mustang Monthly to become the magazine’s first full-time editor. During his 18-years at Dobbs Publications, he authored Mustang Boss 302: Ford’s Trans-Am Ponycar and co-wrote How to Restore Your Mustang and The Mustang Recognition Guide. in 1998, he became editor of Mustang & Fords magazine. For a brief time, he left the print world to work at Mustangweekly.com before returning to his roots at Mustang Monthly from 2003 to 2014. In 2010, Ford Motor Company asked him to revise his original Boss 302 book with new chapters about the 2012 Boss 302. The updated book, Mustang Boss 302: From Racing Legend to Modern Muscle Car, was published by Motorbooks in July 2011. His latest book, Mustang: Fifty Years, Ford’s official Mustang 50th anniversary publication, was published in October 2013. He received a Lifetime Appreciation Award from Ford’s Team Mustang in 2011 and the Lee Iacocca Award in 2012. He was inducted into the Mustang Club of America’s Mustang Hall of Fame in 2012. In May 2014, Donald joined Pate Media Group as the editor of Mustang Times, the official publication of the Mustang Club of America.
Rick has 13-plus years experience in graphic design and advertising. He has a Bachelors Degree in Advertising and an Associates Degree in Graphic Design. He has worked as a freelance graphic designer and is currently lead Graphic Artist for Pate Media Group, Mustang Times Magazine and Barbeque Mag Online. He has also been Lead Designer on multiple large Web Design projects for Pate Media Group. His work was featured in the Artistik Envy 2008 Contest held by the International Academy of Design.
Joe Roth is a designer who has a background in all types of media. Before coming to Pate Media Group, he specialized in automotive illustration, then he earned his Bachelors Degree in Digital Arts and Design from Fullsail University. Joe's skills range from Print and Web Design to Motion Graphics and 3D arts. When he's not designing, he enjoys working on or around cars. His past experience as a mechanic gives him the ability to not only conceptualize, but also build and create his designs. He also enjoys outdoor activities as he is an avid outdoor sportsman.
Tracey has been in sales and marketing since 1990 when she joined the advertising department at Dobbs Publishing Group, a specialty automotive magazine publisher. Her love of cars, American muscle cars in particular, made her work there seem like play. She soon advanced from advertising support to become the first female advertising sales rep for the company before leaving in 1995. Since then, Tracey has held positions at a national promotions company working with companies like Universal Studios and Sandals Resorts planning events and marketing campaigns; and both local and national promotional products distributors where she assisted companies in promoting their brand and events by choosing products to convey the company's message. Tracey's varied sales, marketing, and publishing experience makes her a perfect fit for Pate Media Group.
In November 2014, Mary Jean Wesche retired as editorial director at Pate Media Group and editor of the Mustang Times, the official publication of the MCA. She began her nearly 50-year publishing career at Simmons-Boardman Publishing Company handling circulation management for one of their many niche publications. Mary Jean previously worked at Dobbs Publishing where she served as managing editor of several magazines including Mustang Monthly and 5.0 Mustang, before spending the last decade of her editorial career as the editor for Mustang Times. She received the Lee Iacocca Award in 2013. In 2014 she received a Lifetime Appreciation Award from Ford’s Team Mustang from Edsel B. Ford II. Mary Jean returned part-time to the team at PMG in March 2014 as Coordinator.
